Precommit now
Every $1 you precommit counts as $1.20. It's locked until the raise opens, and it earns 1 DualPoint a day for every USDC starting today.
-
Raise opens 1 Oct
Your precommit becomes your deposit. Precommits close before the raise fills, and the rest sells in the live round without the bonus.
-
Raise closes 8 Oct
Two hours later your deposit turns into $PLAY, at the same price as everyone else's. If the raise is oversubscribed, allocations are cut back evenly and the extra is refunded.

Every month
The machines' lease payments go to $PLAY holders in USDC.
How it works, and how it can go wrong
What is $PLAY?
An SPL token for a 20% share of the company that owns the 200 machines. That company leases the machines to the operator and pays you from the lease every month.

In shopping malls across Shenzhen, on sites the operator already runs. The machines start earning for $PLAY holders once the raise fills.

$200,000 buys 200 claw machines at $1,000 each, $20,000 seeds the pool you can sell into, and $7,500 sets up the company that owns the machines. That's all $227,500.

A separate company owns every machine. If the operator goes bankrupt, the machines aren't part of what the operator's creditors can claim.
Read: Who actually owns the claw machine behind $PLAY →How you're paid
Each machine pays a fixed amount every month, the same in a good month or a bad one, and it's paid before the operator takes their share. Our only fee is 10% of that payment.

The operator already runs 100 of these machines. The company buys those and pays for 100 more.
What can go wrong
If the operator fails, the machines go to another operator, then insurance pays out, then the machines are repossessed and sold. We've modelled this plan but never had to use it, because no operator has defaulted.

There's no redemption. You sell $PLAY into a pool seeded with $20,000, against $227,500 issued, so size your position against the pool.

Every USDC you commit earns 1 DualPoint a day for as long as you hold $PLAY. Precommits earn from today and public-raise deposits earn from 1 October, so committing early earns more. You keep your points once your deposit has been held for 30 days after the raise closes, and they convert once the raise fills.

Each machine has its own onchain ID through peaq and reports every play, uptime hour and dollar through the machine vendor's system, so the operator never types in a number. Every month Chainlink checks what the machines reported against the money collected and the lease paid, and revenue only counts when the machine data, the bank data and the operator's report all match. The first month's check goes up on the Dashboard. Each machine's plays, uptime and revenue are on the Uptime page. Payments go out in USDC on Solana, and every month we post a NAV attestation onchain and to IPFS, so anyone can check a payment on Solscan.
